Heating Bucket: Periodic Inline Cleaning of Printing Presses
Heat the cleaning solution to a constant temperature and clean faster, safer, and more effectively. Plug & Heat: ready to use in just a few minutes.
Deeper Cell Repair
Heated cleaning solution penetrates deeper into the cell without damaging the cell structure. Up to 1,500 LPI
Inline Periodic Cleaning
Plug & Heat: Cleaning Without Disassembling Components
Drop-in Solution
Replaces the standard ink pan, without requiring any additional installation or modifications to the printing press.
In-line cleaning, without any loss of production
The Heating Bucket is primarily designed for inline cleaning, directly within the printing press without the need to disassemble any components. This means no need to remove the anilox roll or pipes and no unnecessary downtime.
The Heating Bucket ensures a reliable and controllable pressing process with minimal effort.
How the Heating Bucket Works
Three-step periodic cleaning
The cleaning process varies and depends on the degree of soiling.
1. Preparation
Fill the Heating Bucket with water and/or your chosen cleaning solution.
2. Warm-up and Start
Turn on the Heating Bucket, heat it to the set temperature (50°C), and start the process.
3. Finish
Turn it off, let it cool, and rinse it with clean water.
Based on the Sinner's Circle
The Heating Bucket tackles contamination directly by combining chemicals, temperature, time, and circulation in a controlled process.
Time
Controlled circulation for 45–60 minutes, easily adjustable to the level of contamination.
Mechanical operation
Continuous circulation from the ink pump cleans the anilox, chamber blades, rods, and pump—without brushes, high pressure, or disassembly.
Temperature
Heating to a maximum of 50°C increases the chemical activity and reduces the viscosity of the dirt, resulting in a more powerful cleaning effect.
Chemistry
A non-corrosive periodic cleaning agent (e.g., Flexoclean Anilox Periodic Special) safely breaks down ink and varnish residues without damaging anilox cells, seals, or hoses.

Developed and tested in our own laboratory
This cleaning agent has been specifically formulated and validated for the chemical, pressure, and temperature parameters of the Heating Bucket. Flexoclean Anilox Periodic Special is alkaline and removes water-based ink residues and coatings.
