The Heating Bucket is primarily designed for inline cleaning, directly within the printing press—without the need to remove any components. This means no need to remove the anilox roll or hoses, and no unnecessary downtime.

Specially formulated alkaline and acidic cleaners
A non-corrosive periodic cleaning agent (e.g., Anilox Periodic Special) safely breaks down ink and varnish residues without damaging anilox cells, seals, or hoses.
Heating to a maximum of 50 °C increases chemical activity and reduces the viscosity of the dirt, resulting in a more powerful cleaning effect.
Controlled circulation for 45–60 minutes, easily adjustable to the degree of contamination.
Continuous circulation through anilox rolls, chamber blades, hoses, and a pump—without brushes, high pressure, or disassembly.
