In-line cleaning, without any loss of production
The Heating Bucket is primarily designed for inline cleaning, directly within the printing press without the need to disassemble any components. This means no need to remove the anilox roll or pipes and no unnecessary downtime.
The Heating Bucket ensures a reliable and controllable pressing process with minimal effort.
How it works:

The Heating Bucket tackles contamination directly within the ink system by combining chemistry, temperature, time, and circulation in a controlled process.
Time
Controlled circulation for 45–60 minutes, easily adjustable to the degree of contamination
Mechanical operation
The continuous circulation of the ink pump cleans the anilox roller, chamber blades, hoses, and pump without the need for brushes, high pressure, or disassembly.
Temperature
Heating to a maximum of 50 °C increases chemical activity and reduces the viscosity of the dirt, resulting in a more powerful cleaning effect.
Chemistry
A non-corrosive periodic cleaning agent (e.g., Anilox Periodic Special) safely breaks down ink and varnish residues without damaging anilox cells, seals, or hoses.

Prepare
Fill the heating bucket with water and the cleaning solution of your choice (50/50)
Heating
Turn it on, let it warm up, and activate the printing press’s ink circulation pump.
Finish
Turn it off, let it cool, and rinse it off.
