Anilox Periodic Special

Anilox Periodic Special is designed for the periodic inline cleaning of anilox rolls contaminated with water-based printing inks. When you combine this inline cleaning method with the specially designed Heating Bucket, you achieve optimal cleaning results.

Add the Anilox Periodic Special to the Heating Bucket. Use it undiluted for heavy soiling, or dilute the product up to a 1:1 ratio with water if the soiling allows it. Turn on the Heating Bucket so that the cleaner is automatically heated to the optimal cleaning temperature. Once the correct temperature is reached, start the cleaning cycle and let the solution circulate for up to one hour. The effective cleaning time depends on the degree of contamination. Afterward, turn off the Heating Bucket and let the solution circulate for another 10–15 minutes. Then thoroughly rinse the system with clean water to completely remove all product residues.
