Deep cleaning down to the cells of the anilox roller, without damaging the cell structure. Up to 1,000 L/cm
Cleaning multiple anilox rolls and sleeves simultaneously
Short cycles: After cleaning and rinsing, the roll is immediately ready for use. Consistent color and coating thickness, run after run.
Clogged anilox cells cause problems with ink transfer, color variations, and unplanned downtime. With conventional cleaning systems, the cleaning fluid runs off the roller before it can penetrate deep into the cells.
The Jet-Flow solves this by continuously circulating heated cleaning fluid inside the cells, driven by powered rubber rollers that prevent runoff.
The result: thorough, repeatable cleaning with minimal operator intervention and consistent, press-ready anilox rolls.
Adjust the cleaning cycle to match your ink type and the degree of contamination. The process and duration depend on the degree of contamination.
Place the anilox roller or sleeve in the Jet-Flow. Select the cleaning program.
The machine thoroughly cleans the cells using the customized Flexoclean cleaning formula.
After rinsing, the roll is clean down to the cellular level and immediately ready for use again.
Every cleaning result is the sum of four factors: temperature, chemicals, mechanical force, and time. The Jet-Flow strikes the perfect balance between these four factors, and that’s what sets it apart from manual cleaning.
A fixed, automatic cycle time ensures reproducible results every time.
Targeted jet streams and powered rubber rollers massage the cleanser deep into each cell without damaging the cell wall.
The cleaning fluid is heated to the optimal temperature for maximum effectiveness.
A special cleaning solution developed in our own lab and tailored to your inks and coatings.
