Anilox Cleaner

The Anilox Cleaner is designed for thorough, mechanical deep cleaning of ceramic anilox rolls and sleeves. Anilox Cleaner removes a wide range of water-based, solvent-based, and UV-curable inks, coatings, and adhesives.

Application - For professional use only

Machine

Fill the cleaning machine’s heating tank with Anilox Cleaner (undiluted or diluted 1:1 with water). The dilution ratio depends on the degree of soiling. Heat the cleaner to 40°C to a maximum of 50°C. Place the anilox roller in the machine. Start the cleaning program as described in the operating manual. Also read the operating manual for the cleaning machine.
