UV Wash

UV Wash has been specially developed for both manual and machine cleaning of printing plates and machine parts contaminated with UV inks. The formula contains a balanced combination of relatively safe solvents, making the product ready to use and suitable for virtually all common surfaces.

Application - For professional use only

Manual

Apply UV Wash to the surface to be cleaned using a cloth, Power Sponge (item no. 87301), or spray bottle. Allow the product to sit for a short time or rub it in with the Power Sponge to loosen the dirt. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Repeat the process if necessary, depending on the level of soiling.

Machine

Add UV Wash undiluted to the cleaning machine’s tank. Place the soiled parts in the machine and start the wash cycle. NOTE: UV Wash does not need to be heated; please take this into account when selecting the wash cycle.
