FC Buster RC

FC Buster RC is an NSF-certified cleaning agent. FC Buster RC was developed for the periodic manual cleaning of anilox rolls contaminated with water-based, solvent-based, and UV inks, coatings, and adhesives. For this type of cleaning, it is necessary to disassemble the anilox rolls and gravure cylinders.

Application - For professional use only

Manual

Apply FC Buster RC undiluted to the anilox roller. Then brush the surface with the power sponge (item no. 87301). Allow the product to sit for 5–10 minutes. Wipe down the surface to be cleaned again. Rinse the roller with clean water (preferably under high pressure) or remove the contamination with a damp cloth. Dry the roller with a dry cloth or tissue. Note: If the anilox roller is heavily soiled, it may be necessary to repeat this procedure. Do not allow this product to dry on the anilox roller. Dissolved contaminants may harden again on the roller.
