Coating Cleaner

The Coating Cleaner has been specially developed for the daily cleaning of anilox rolls, both inline and offline. The Coating Cleaner is also ideal for manually cleaning printing plates and machine parts contaminated with water-based coatings.

Manual

Measure out the Coating Cleaner in the correct concentration into a bucket or spray bottle. Apply the product to the surface to be cleaned. Let the Coating Cleaner sit for a few minutes, then wipe the surface clean with a cloth or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. The concentration and cleaning time depend on the degree of soiling.

Inline

Rinse the system with water for at least two minutes. Add the Coating Cleaner to a bucket at the correct concentration, ensuring there is enough solution to completely fill the system. Clean the system for at least three minutes. Rinse with clean water for at least two minutes. The concentration and cleaning time depend on the degree of contamination.
