Anilox After Care

Anilox After Care is an acidic manual cleaner specially formulated to remove stubborn limescale from the anilox roller. Thanks to its specific blend of various acids, this cleaner—when used in combination with the Power Sponge (item no. 87301)—is ideal for removing unwanted limescale deposits in the form of spots or streaks (tiger stripes) on the anilox roller.

Manual

Apply Anilox After Care to the soiled anilox roller and rub it in thoroughly using the Power Sponge. Allow the Anilox After Care to soak in for 10 to 15 minutes, then treat the roller again with the Power Sponge. Rinse the roller thoroughly with plenty of clean water, or, if possible, rinse it under high pressure. Then dry the roller with a clean cloth. Depending on the degree of contamination, it may be necessary to repeat the above steps one or more times. Note: Prevent Anilox After Care from drying on the anilox roller. Dried product can cause contamination to harden again, unnecessarily delaying the cleaning process.
