How does it arise?
  • Worn or damaged squeegee blades.
  • Dried ink or hardened residue behind the squeegee blade.
  • Uneven squeegee pressure or alignment issues.
What to do.
  • Maintain and replace the squeegee blade regularly to prevent streaks.
  • Thoroughly clean the squeegee blade and the chamber with the appropriate daily cleaner to remove dried ink or coating residue.
  • Use a new squeegee blade as soon as wear becomes visible.
