How does it arise?
- Worn or damaged squeegee blades.
- Dried ink or hardened residue behind the squeegee blade.
- Uneven squeegee pressure or alignment issues.
What to do.
- Maintain and replace the squeegee blade regularly to prevent streaks.
- Thoroughly clean the squeegee blade and the chamber with the appropriate daily cleaner to remove dried ink or coating residue.
- Use a new squeegee blade as soon as wear becomes visible.
