What will you do:

As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you are the connecting link between customers and production. You will form a tandem with the account manager and build your own customer portfolio.

  • You will serve as the point of contact for (international) clients in Dutch; proficiency in English, French, and/or German is a plus;
  • You prepare quotations and price lists, partly independently and partly in collaboration with the account managers;
  • You identify opportunities with prospects and existing customers;
  • You proactively call customers to encourage orders and repeat purchases;
  • You ensure that the entire order process runs smoothly, both internally and for your customers;
  • You will prepare export and transport documents;
  • You will review and process sales invoices and customer data;
  • You will help with process improvements to further increase our customer satisfaction!

What you bring

  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Relevant experience, for example in a back office or inside sales role (B2B);
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English;
  • Commercial and sales-oriented;
  • Some experience with ERP systems (e.g., Exact Online) and export documents is a plus;
  • You are a flexible team player, proactive, and eager to contribute to optimal customer satisfaction.
