Ultrasonic Cleaner

Ultrasonic Cleaner is designed for the thorough deep cleaning of ceramic anilox rolls and sleeves in an ultrasonic cleaner. Ultrasonic Cleaner removes a wide range of water-based, solvent-based, and UV-curable inks, coatings, and adhesives.

Machine

Pour the Ultrasonic Cleaner, either undiluted or diluted with water (max. 1:3), into the heating tank of the ultrasonic cleaner. Heat the liquid to 40–50°C. Place the anilox roller in the ultrasonic cleaner and start the cleaning cycle. Be sure to read the cleaning machine’s operating instructions as well.
