Solvent Buster

The Solvent Buster was specially developed for the manual, periodic cleaning of anilox rolls contaminated with water-based, solvent-based, and UV inks. The Solvent Buster comes standard in a bottle with a slanted neck, which makes it easier to apply the Solvent Buster to the anilox roll.

Application - For professional use only

Manual

Apply the Solvent Buster to the soiled anilox roller and rub it in thoroughly using the power sponge (item no. 87301). Let the Solvent Buster sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then treat the roller again with the power sponge. Rinse the roller thoroughly with plenty of clean water, or, if possible, use a high-pressure washer. Then dry the roller with a clean cloth. Depending on the degree of soiling, the steps above can be repeated. Note: Make sure the Solvent Buster does not dry on the anilox roller. This can cause the loosened dirt to harden again, which unnecessarily slows down the process.
