HQ Power SP is designed for the daily, inline cleaning of anilox rolls. HQ Power SP is also suitable for the manual cleaning of printing plates and other components contaminated with water-based ink.

Manual

Measure out the correct concentration of HQ Power SP into a bucket or spray bottle. Apply the solution to the surface to be cleaned. Let the HQ Power SP sit for a short time, then clean the surface with a cloth or scouring pad. Rinse thoroughly with clean water. Note: The required concentration and processing time depend on the degree of soiling.

Inline

Flush the system with water for at least two minutes. Mix the HQ Power SP to the correct concentration in a bucket, ensuring there is enough solution to completely fill the system. Allow the solution to circulate through the system for at least three minutes. Then flush again with clean water for at least two minutes. Note: The required concentration and cleaning time depend on the degree of contamination.
