Flexo Shine

Flexo Shine is designed for the daily cleaning of anilox rolls in multicolor printing presses. Flexo Shine is also suitable for manually cleaning printing plates and other machine parts contaminated with water-based printing inks.

Flexo Shine does not foam, even in a recirculating system.

Inline or by hand: the same product in the washing unit, in a bucket, or in a spray bottle.

One product for multiple applications: anilox rolls, printing plates, and machine parts contaminated with water-based inks.

Application - For professional use only

Manual

Dilute Flexo Shine with water (up to a 1:10 ratio) and use it in a bucket or spray bottle. Apply it to the surfaces that need to be cleaned. Let it sit for a few minutes (the soaking time depends on the degree of soiling). Rinse the surface with clean water.

Inline

First, rinse the system with water for at least two minutes. Dilute Flexo Shine with water (max. 1:10) and use it in a bucket or an automatic washing system. Clean the system for at least three minutes (the duration depends on the degree of soiling). Rinse the system with clean water for at least two minutes.
