FC 1000 SL

The FC1000SL has been specially developed for the daily inline cleaning of anilox rolls. The FC1000SL is also suitable for manually cleaning printing plates and other components contaminated with water-based ink. The FC1000SL’s powerful lime-binding capacity significantly reduces the formation of lime scale on anilox rolls and in pipes.

Manual

Measure out the correct concentration of FC1000SL into a bucket or spray bottle. Apply the product to the surface to be cleaned. Allow FC1000SL to sit for a few minutes, then clean the surface with a cloth or sponge. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water. Note: The required concentration and contact time depend on the degree of soiling.

Inline

Flush the system with water for at least two minutes. Next, add FC1000SL to a bucket at the correct concentration, ensuring there is enough solution to completely fill the system. Allow the cleaning solution to circulate through the system for at least three minutes. Then rinse with clean water for at least two minutes. Note: The required concentration and cleaning time depend on the degree of contamination.
