Anilox Power Boost

The Anilox Power Boost has been specially developed for the manual, periodic cleaning of anilox rolls contaminated with water-based, solvent-based, and UV inks. The Anilox Power Boost comes standard in a one-liter bottle with a sprayer. When used in combination with the included power sponges, the Anilox Power Boost is ideal for both inline and offline cleaning.

Manual

Spray Anilox Power Boost onto the soiled anilox roller and onto the included power sponge. Rub the anilox roller thoroughly with the power sponge and let the product sit for up to 10 minutes. Then treat the surface again with the power sponge. Rinse the anilox roller with clean water or use the machine’s rinse cycle. Dry the roller with a clean cloth after rinsing. For heavier soiling, repeat the steps above. Note: Make sure Anilox Power Boost does not dry on the anilox roller.
