Manual

A. Manual Cleaning Spray Flexoclean Alu Remover onto the contaminated anilox roller and onto the included power sponge. Rub the anilox roller thoroughly with the power sponge and let the product sit for up to 10 minutes. Then treat the surface again with the power sponge. Continue applying fresh solution to the areas contaminated with aluminum until the foaming stops. Rinse the anilox roller with clean water or use the machine’s rinse cycle. After rinsing, dry the roller with a clean cloth. For heavier soiling, repeat the steps above. Note: Make sure Flexoclean Alu Remover does not dry on the anilox roller.
