cleaning time

Cleaning time depends on how dirty the anilox rolls are.

Cell repair while you work

Most cleaning methods leave behind limescale residue. That is not the case with DeepWave. Its dual-action chemical technology completely removes deposits. This allows DeepWave to safely optimize cell volume without causing cell damage or interrupting production.Quick installation. Easy operation. Adjustable for any type of machine or ink.

How it works:

The Sinner's Circle: Four Factors, One Outcome

The DeepWave cleans anilox rolls deep into their cell structure using a powerful combination of four mutually reinforcing factors: chemistry, mechanical pressure, time, and temperature. Together, they form the Sinner’s Circle: the proven method for maximum cleaning results.

Time

Variable, depending on the level of contamination

Mechanical operation

High-pressure rinsing for thorough cell cleaning

Temperature

Tested for optimal performance

Chemistry

Specially formulated alkaline and acidic cleaners

Can be used both inline and offline

In-line cleaning

  • Cleaning during production
  • No disassembly
  • Direct impact on print quality

Offline cleaning

  • Periodic deep cleaning
  • Suitable for heavy soiling
  • Maximum cell volume recovery

Cleaning process

Three steps to a clean anilox

Alkaline cleaning

Removes ink and varnish residues
from the cell structure.

Acid descaling

Removes calcium deposits and
unblocks clogged cells.

High-pressure cleaning

Completely rinses all cleaning residues from the cells
.
