How DeepWave Works
Three steps to a clean anilox
The process varies depending on the degree of soiling. Average cleaning time: approximately 30 minutes.
1. Alkaline Cleaning
DeepWave Cleaner removes ink and varnish residues from the cell structure.
2. Acid descaling
Removes limescale and unclogs blocked cells.
3. High-pressure cleaning
Rinses all cleaning residue completely out of the cells.
