How the BioJet In-Press Works

Three steps to a clean anilox

1. Charging and Setup

Adjust the jet head and position the brush ring in the “kiss-touch” position on the anilox roller or sleeve.

2. Start the automatic cycle

Start the fully automated dry blasting cycle.

3. Finishing and Rinsing

Remove the jet head and rinse the roller with water.

HOW IT WORKS

The BioJet In-Press sprays environmentally friendly sodium bicarbonate (hardness 2.5 Mohs) at a pressure of 2.8–2.3 bar against the ceramic (hardness 6.5 Mohs) anilox roller to remove contaminants from the cells.
