Product Description
Anilox After Care is a specialized cleaner for professional use in flexographic printing. The product is designed to remove contaminants that remain after cleaning and drying anilox rolls, including limescale and dark stains. By utilizing multiple acids, mineral contaminants are effectively loosened without damaging the ceramic structure, provided the product is used correctly.
Application
Dosage
Apply Anilox After Care undiluted to the anilox roller or ceramic sleeve using the power sponge.
Cleaning process
- Apply Anilox After Care undiluted to the soiled anilox roller and rub it in thoroughly using the Power Sponge.
- Allow the Anilox After Care to sit for 10 to 15 minutes, then treat the roller again with the Power Sponge.
Follow-up care
- Rinse the roller thoroughly with clean water, or, if possible, rinse it off under high pressure.
- Then dry the roller with a clean cloth.
Warning
Prevent Anilox After Care from drying on the anilox roller. Dried product can cause contaminants to harden again, unnecessarily slowing down the cleaning process.
