Laser AL1500 for cleaning HQ anilox rolls and sleeves

We are proud to announce that from March 2020 our Offline laser will be market ready. After a development phase of about 2 years, we have managed to develop a machine that is superior! Our laser absolutely does not damage the cell structure of the anilox roll and cleans cells up to 1,000 L/cm with surgical precision. In cooperation with Oerlemans plastics who tested our machine for 9 months in their production environment and in the meantime cleaned more than 800 HQ anilox sleeves, we can conclude that this machine is ready to enter the market.
